📍 RECEPTION - Reception is open 24hrs a day. Visit us for information or to pre-book any resort activities available. Please note, if we are not in reception, you can also contact us on 07974974344. This number is also provided on the back of your room key.
🩹 FIRST AID - First aid services are located in the main building. If emergency assistance is required outside operational hours, please use the contact number provided within this pack for guidance.
💨 CARBON MONOXIDE AWARENESS - Your accommodation is fitted with a carbon monoxide detector. If your detector sounds, please contact us on 07974974344.
🚨 FIRE - Your accommodation is fitted with a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher. In the event of a fire please evacuate immediately and raise the alarm. Please make your way to the nearest fire assembly point.
🧒 SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN - Children remain the responsibility of their parents and guardians at all times. Children’s play and recreational areas on site are not supervised, and we do not offer a crèche facility.
📣 NOISE - Between the hours of 8pm and 7am noise should be kept to a minimum. At all other times noise must be kept to a reasonable level so as not to disturb other guests. Excessively noisy or disruptive behaviour, or behaviour which has a negative effect on the amenity of other guests, is unacceptable. Guests who continue to display noisy or disruptive behaviour may be asked to leave the premises as per the Terms and Conditions of stay.
🧳 PERSONAL BELONGINGS - Your personal belongings remain your responsibility at all times. We strongly recommend that you take any valuables with you when you leave your accommodation. Please ensure that your accommodation is locked and secure when you leave it. Cars are left in the car parks at your own risk, and any personal belongings left in your vehicle remain your responsibility. Please lock your vehicle securely and remove all valuable items from view. Please note that Gulliver’s will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to your property.
🍼 BABY CARE - Travel cots are available free of charge if required. Please contact us on 07974974344 to arrange.
🚬 SMOKING - The designated smoking area is located outside your lodge or room. We do not permit smoking inside any of our accommodation and charges may be incurred if you are found doing so.
📡 WI-FI - There is a complimentary Wi-Fi service available in selected accommodation types. To access this, please find Guest WiFi. No password is needed.
ENTERING & EXTITING THE RESORT
🚗 CAR PARK BARRIER - The main car park for Gulliver’s Valley Resort can only be accessed by the main barrier entrance off Mansfield Road. For security purposes, the main entrance point is closed on an evening. After this time, guests can enter and exit the car park through the electronic barrier located on the road leading to the Gulliver’s Resort site.
CHECKING OUT
👋 DEPARTURE DAY - Checkout time 10AM
You must vacate your accommodation and return your key by 10am to a member of staff in Curiosity Cafe Reception. If you are a Stay & Play customer you are more than welcome to continue to enjoy Gulliver’s Valley Theme Park on the day of your departure. Your wristbands will remain valid until the closing time on your departure day. For any further information please speak to a member of staff who will be happy to help.
🗑️ RUBBISH - Please ensure that any rubbish is collected together and taken to your nearest bin point located around the resort. If rooms require excessive cleaning we will impose an additional £50 fee to cover the cost of additional cleaning time and resources.
