Gulliver’s Theme Park Resorts is celebrating significant growth in its short-break offering, with major accommodation expansion taking place across all four UK resorts.

The latest developments include two brand-new accommodations at Gulliver’s World in Warrington – the Enchanted Castle Hotel and the Pirate Ship Hotel – together adding 32 new themed rooms to the resort.

These exciting additions underline Gulliver’s commitment to creating immersive, family-friendly short break experiences, while supporting the wider staycation trend that has seen families increasingly choosing UK-based holidays. With the latest expansions, Gulliver’s now offers more than 300 accommodation options across its Milton Keynes, Matlock Bath, Rotherham, and Warrington resorts.

A major part of Gulliver’s continued success comes from its unique approach to design and development. Many of the themed rooms, lodges and bespoke structures across the resorts – including the new castle and pirate ship hotels – are created in-house by Gulliver’s own specialist teams, ensuring exceptional attention to detail, immersive storytelling, and high-quality finishes that bring each theme to life.

Julie Dalton, managing director of Gulliver’s Theme Park Resorts, said: “As we look forward to the 2026 season, we are really excited to be revealing our new accommodation offerings starting with the new themed lodgings at Gulliver’s World in Warrington created and built by our inhouse team.

“Our hands-on approach to innovation reflects Gulliver’s ethos which is family-focused, imaginative, and always evolving.

“With the rise in families seeking affordable, experience-led UK breaks, Gulliver’s has seen a significant uplift in demand for short-break options across all parks. The expansion allows the resorts to welcome more overnight guests than ever before, offering increased flexibility and a wider range of themes to suit every family’s tastes – from fairy tale suites and woodland lodges to dinosaur dens and now spectacular castle and pirate ship hotels.”

Gulliver’s Theme Park Resorts continues to strengthen its position as a leading family short-break destination. The ongoing accommodation development programme supports the company’s long-term growth strategy, ensuring guests can enjoy magical multi-day experiences alongside the ever-expanding line-up of rides, attractions and entertainment at each resort.

With more projects underway and the potential for further expansion, Gulliver’s commitment to delivering memorable family adventures has never been stronger.
